What is a client ID?

A client ID is the unique identifier, generated by Conductiv, used to understand which institution is calling the platform.

Where can I find my client ID?

Client ID can be found on the Implementation page on the platform.

Where can I find my product IDs?

Product IDs can be found on the Implementation page. These are IDs created by Conductiv. You can also pass custom IDs.

Where can I find the list of loan and credit products that my institution is using Conductiv on?

The list of products that Conductiv is being used on can be found on the Products page.

Where can I see the flows that Conductiv has created for me?

This list can be found on the Flows page.

Where can I create and view new

flows that gather data from my applicants? Flows can be created on the Create Flow page.

Where can my underwriters find the data that Conductiv gathers?

This data can be found on the Portal page. Underwriters will receive an email each time new data is gathered. In the email, there will be a unique applicant ID which is created and passed to Conductiv by your institution. Underwriters can use this unique applicant ID to know where and when to use the Conductiv data.

How can I download this data?

All data can be downloaded by clicking the row(s) and clicking the Downloaded Selected button. Clicking the button will create a .csv or .json that can be opened with MS Excel or another program.

Where / how can I upload the decisions, my institution makes on applications using data that Conductiv provides?

Approved, Funded, Declined, Pended decisions can be added to the file that is downloaded in the previous step and uploaded using the Upload Decisions button. Make sure that the Request ID is accurate, or decisions will be added incorrectly!

Why can’t I see the upload / download data buttons?

Only certain people are allowed to upload data, but please contact your admin if you believe that there is an issue.

Why won’t the file I’m uploading to the portal go through successfully?

The file you upload must be a .csv with the correct columns for it to work properly.

Where do I enter the public key for integration?

This can be entered in the Settings page and the Encryption Key tab.
